This new customer from the town of Horseshoe NC had an old neutralizer. We could no longer get parts for this model to repair it, and it just was not working. Their water had very a low pH level, which makes the water acidic. So we recommended an upgraded “American Made” Neutralizer.
Acidic water is damaging to metal plumbing, fittings and fixtures. We installed a neutralizer to raise the pH to neutral (7). They are very happy with the upgrade to the newest technology in water filtration for pH balance issues.
