This new customer from Arden came to our office in North Asheville to take our free water testing offer. They had complained of a bluish tone to the water and the water feeling hard when showering. Test results showed a low pH balance and a high amount of water hardness. So we recommended and later installed a Neutralizer and Water Softener. This installation corrected all of their water quality issues.
