This Leicester customer came into our office with a complaint of pinhole leaks in the plumbing. Pinhole leaks are caused by the acidic water eating away at the copper pipes. Test results showed the water pH was below 7. We went to the property to find out that the customer was on a community well that had iron filters, but they were also having other water issues in the home. So, we recommended and installed a neutralizer to raise the pH and a softener to remove the hardness.
