This new customer in Weaverville was having issues with rust colored staining on fixtures and clothing. The water sample was brought into our office for our free water test. High level of iron and water hardness. Our recommendation was for an Iron Filter for ferric iron removal and a Water Softener for hard water removal. The customer decided to start with the iron filter first to see if they could have the desired results without having multiple tanks. No more discolored water!
