New customer in Weaverville already had an iron filter in place at home. However, they recently started having hard-water issues. So they brought in a sample of their water to the office for the free water testing that we offer. After the test results, we recommended and installed a new water softener. And with their existing iron filter, this combination of the two filtration equipment resolved the issues and improved the water supply.
