This customer from Candler brought a water sample into the office for the free water test. The main complaints were the hard water and iron staining that was in her well water. We tested the water immediately and gave our recommendations. The customer wanted to get other filtration quotes since this was something she wasn’t familiar with.
Within a week or so, she called the office and told me that she had decided to do business with Mountain Water Systems. We installed an iron filter, water softener and a neutralizer to raise the pH. She was very impressed with the installation of the equipment, and also John explaining how all this works. She now have fantastic water!
