This Asheville customer had recently purchased their home and wanted to be sure they had good quality water. There was an existing older water softener system installed, but they were not sure if it was treating the water properly. We tested the water at no charge and made recommendations. The water test showed the water was acidic and a low pH level and slightly hard water. We recommended and installed a Neutralizer and Water Softener. The water is now much better and the customer was very happy.
