This Asheville customer had an existing Iron Filter and Softener that they had bought from us a few years back. They noticed water leakage from pipes in the basement. Low PH from their well-water was damaging their plumbing and the filtration system that’s in place. We recommended and added a Neutralizer to protect the existing filtration and the plumbing system.
