This new customer was having sensitive (itchy) issues with chlorine in their city water. Municipal water suppliers (city water) uses chlorine as a disinfectant. We recommended a whole house Carbon filter to remove all chlorine, plus more from the water. So now, they have great tasting, chlorine-free water from every tap.
