This Asheville customer called our office inquiring about some new filtration equipment. Their system was old, and the water filtration technology was outdated. We asked them to bring in a water sample, so we can determine what the water issues are. In performing our free testing, we determined the water was moderately hard and had a sulfur issue. We performed an onsite evaluation and also found there to be a sediment issue.
