This Arden customer came to us because they had issues with mineral build-up (water hardness) in their home plumbing system. They are on a community well and needed help figuring out how to make this work. We tested their water sample at the office to find moderately hard water. We recommended and installed a Canister filter to remove sediment and/or debris from the well and a Water Softener to clear the relatively hard water issue.
