This Burnsville customer needed a neutralizer for the low pH balance and a water softener for the hardness. After the test results we found that the water had an acidic issue. (Acidic water can be damaging to metal plumbing, fittings and fixture). Also in the test result showed a high level of water hardness. We installed a softener as well. (This filter removes the minerals from the water). The customer was very impressed with the vast improvement in the quality of the water.
