This customer in Marshall had pre-existing sediment filters placed at their new home. They brought in a sample of their water supply to our office to take advantage of our free water testing offer. The results revealed a low pH and elevated hardness. The customer also wanted a UV light to ensure they would not have any issues with bacteria.So we installed a Neutralizer for the pH issue and a Water Softener to remove the hardness. Also an UV Light system to kill any bacteria in the water. They saw a considerable improvement in the quality of the water.
