This Waynesville customer called MWS because the existing filter was not working. They brought a water sample into our office and the sample was completely brown with so much iron. We tested the water and recommended a new iron filter, but could potentially re-purpose the existing tank and valve. We decided to use one tank as a neutralizer and the other tank as an iron filter to get better results for this family. Now, clean water from every tap.
