This Weaverville customer called us because she had some issues with plumbing, a metallic taste to the water, and sediment. We tested the water to find that the water had a low pH causing it to be acidic as well as sediment particles coming into the home. In order to protect the plumbing, fixtures and appliances from the acidic water and sediment we recommended and installed an in-line sediment filter to catch all sediment before it gets into her appliances and an American made Neutralizer to raise the pH and to get rid of the metallic taste.
