This customer in Alexander was having hard water issues which required a water softener. Their water supply also tested positive for bacteria. So we installed the water softener and also installed a UV light that kills the bacteria before entering the home’s plumbing system. The customer and his family are longer having issues with dry hair and skin issues because of the hard water, and their water is safe to drink thanks to the UV light device.
