This customer in Black Mountain had his new home built, but the water was slightly discolored. They brought in a water sample for our free water testing. The test results showed high iron, low pH, and hard water. We recommended a Neutralizer and Water Softener. The Neutralizer will increase the pH and remove the ferric iron, and the Water Softener will remove the water hardness.
