A customer in Asheville originally called Mountain Water Systems to see about service or replacing the equipment in a recently purchased home. We recommended the system be changed due to the age of the existing filtration system. We tested the water to find a low pH and a small amount of iron. We recommended a Neutralizer to increase the pH and an Iron filter to remove the iron. The customer decided to start with a neutralizer to see if it would give adequate results.
