A new customer from Arden came to us because they were having issues with bacteria & rust-colored staining. We tested the water and found a low pH and high iron and hardness too. We recommended a Neutralizer to increase the pH, an Iron Filter to remove the iron, and a Water Softener to remove the hard water.
