When blue-green stains appeared in their Mills River home, a concerned resident brought a water sample to our office for testing. Our free analysis revealed the water sample had unusually low pH levels and contained some black sediment. Minerals in their well water were causing the issues.
We advised the customer to install a Sediment Filter to remove the particles causing discoloration and proposed adding a Neutralizer to restore the water’s pH balance. They agreed with our recommendations. After properly installing the new filtration system, the stains and gritty residue disappeared – much to the homeowner’s relief. They were grateful for the customized solution that again made their water clear and safe.
