This customer in Arden has been with Mountain Water Systems for many years, and we have been servicing their existing equipment. The old water filtration setup stopped working and made the water worse in the home. They brought in an untreated water sample to perform our free test and give recommendations on the current water quality. The well water has a low pH and hard water. We recommended and installed a Neutralizer and Water Softener. The water hardness and low pH level has been corrected.
