This customer in Etowah, NC, has been using Mountain Water Systems services for a few years. The home had existing Neutralizer to correct the low pH, but the tank was undersized and did not have a back-washing valve. So it was unable to clean itself.
Updated Neutralizer and New Water Softener Does the Job
We recommended a larger Neutralizer with a backwashing valve and repurposing the existing tank into a Water Softener. The customer decided to have the upgrades done. The water is now appropriately treated for low pH (acidic) and water hardness issues. The family is now enjoying the water supply.
