This new Asheville customer had an existing older Neutralizer that stopped working. We tested the water supply, and the results showed a need for an Iron Filter and a Water Softener. Seeing that the tank already in use was in excellent condition, we repurposed it and made it an Iron Filter. So the customer now has a new Iron Filter for the staining issue. And a new Water Softener for the hard water problem.
