This new customer living in Sylva, NC, had a terrible water quality problem coming from the well. They had an older water softener that had seen better days. Lots of sediment from the well and hardness was causing water issues. Test results also revealed a low ph balance issue. We installed a Neutralizer to fix the acidic levels (pH) and Water Softener to filter out the water hardness.
