This customer, who lives in the town of Mars Hill (Madison County), had an hard water and sediment (mineral) issues. The well water supply was not very good. Settling Tank, Neutralizer and Softener Does the Job
The test result showed lots of mineral particles and very high water hardness. After the installation, we ran a backwash cycle on both the Neutralizer and Softener.
