This Weaverville customer has been our loyal customer for years. At a recent service call, we noticed that the well had changed and the pH of the water had dropped. A low pH will cause damage to plumbing and appliances. It can also damage other filtration. We recommended adding a neutralizer to their system to make sure all issues are corrected. Now, they have perfect water!
