This Black Mountain customer’s pre-existing filtration system had met its fate, and the water in the house had been coming out rust colored for some time. She brought us a sample of her water and we tested it at our office for free. Test results indicated a need for a Neutralizer for the low pH, Water Softener for water hardness, and a Canister Filter for sediment and mineral issues. The customer went with our recommendations and the installation was a success.
