This Weaverville family has been a long-time Mountain Water Systems customer. They already had a water softener installed several years ago from us to combat the water hardness. Recently they had noticed a bluish tinge in the water and the in bathtub. They came to the office with their water sample. Test results showed a pH balance issue. The acidic water was too low. She recommended a Neutralizer to correct this issue. After the install, they noticed later in the day the change in the quality of the water. Happy Clients!!
