This new Leicester customer came to us because their old filtration system ( Sanitizer & Neutralizer) was falling apart and not working. The water test results showed a need to replace the old Neutralizer with a new one and install a Water Softener to soften the hard water coming into the home. After the installation, the pH level was back to normal, and there was no more hardness in the water.
