This North Asheville (new) customer brought a water sample for our free water testing offer to the store. They were complaining about an iron taste in their water supply. The test result showed a high iron level, and the pH levels were low, and also found a slight elevation of hard water. So we installed for them a Neutralizer that corrected the low pH levels and the iron issue—also installed the Water Softener for the hard water.
