This new customer in the Mills River area came to us because they had some issues with leaks in their copper plumbing, causing significant water damage. They took advantage of our free water testing offer at the office. Test results showed the water sample had acidic (low pH levels), which caused the pinhole leaks. We recommended a Neutralizer to increase the pH so it will no longer corrode the metal from the plumbing and a Water Softener to remove the hard water.
