New customer in Weaverville was having issues with their water supply. Acidity levels in the water were way high, and also, there seem to be a hard water problem too. So we ask the customer to bring a sample of their well-water to the office for free testing we offer to everybody.
Neutralizer and Water Softener Needed to fix Issue
Results showed a prolonged pH balance issue which required a Neutralizer. Also, the water had a high level of hardness. This required a Water Softener After the installation, the customer reported to us that the water supply was now excellent!
