We have been servicing this customer’s Water Softener and Neutralizer in Waynesville for many years. The new homeowners decided to go with an updated, more efficient filtration system. The well water was hard (calcium and magnesium) and had a low pH (acidic). We installed a new neutralizer to increase the pH and a water softener to remove the hardness. Happy in Waynesville!
