This customer in Asheville reached out because their water filtration system was not performing well. We tested the water and noted multiple issues like low pH, high iron and hard water. The existing filter wasn’t able to treat all of these issues. We recommended and installed a Neutralizer to increase pH, an Iron Filter to remove iron and a Water Softener to remove the hard water.
