Helene Resurrection

ASHEVILLE, NC --

This home had been 80+ percent destroyed by Hurricane Helene in September, 2024. Fast forward to October, 2025 - over a year later, these customers are now weeks away from moving back into their home... finally! Meanwhile, their filtration (Neut, Iron, Softener) has been sitting in storage, still full of water, potentially collecting bacteria. Because of this, the customer elected to have their filtration tanks replaced. The time had finally come for us to install their filtration in the rebuilt home.

Things looked a little different. The space where the old filtration was had been completely renovated, including new electrical and HVAC. Therefore, we had to reconfigure some plumbing and filtration placement but, in the end, the finished product was a net-improvement, like the rest of the house. This family has been through so much, and its a joy and relief to see them safe and successfully navigating the many challenges. We're beyond thrilled that they will be moving into their home soon and will have the peace of mind knowing their systems are new, efficient, effective, and ready to go!
