After we tested the water sample that was brought to our Asheville office, we designed and recommended the water treatment system for this specific home. The water had hardness, low pH, and a small amount of iron. There was also a sulfur odor to the water, as well. The customer followed our recommendations and we installed a water softener, neutralizer, and sulfur filter (with specialized carbon media).

Because the water tested so low in iron and the customer already has a canister filter, we opted out of spending the extra money for an iron filter. Neutralizers can handle small amounts of iron and the canister filter can too!
